About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Executive/Manager to join our team at The Growth Foundation. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns across various channels to drive customer acquisition and maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat to support e-commerce growth.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and drive improvements in customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, design, CRM, and e-commerce, to align marketing activities and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the brand team to lead and brief content for all paid channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in messaging.
  • Manage paid campaigns across Google and Meta, with a bonus for experience with TikTok and Snapchat.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including e-commerce, online marketing, and social media best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience using data-driven insights to drive improvements in campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
