We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our rapidly growing agency, PinPoint Media, working on a range of national and international brands.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact social content and paid media content marketing strategies, working closely with our creative, production, strategy, and social teams.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Be the primary point of contact for clients, working with them and our teams to deliver successful content campaigns.
- Project Management: Share clear and thorough updates and reporting with clients regularly, providing recommendations and expertise at every stage of the campaign.
- Creative Briefing and Delivery: Represent clients internally to ensure effective creative briefing and delivery of all projects, on time and on budget, while managing client relationships and expectations.
- Client Presentations: Create client presentations as required.
- Budgeting and Planning: Compile budgets and timing plans for clients.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure creative and strategic excellence across all deliverables.
- Social Media Expertise: Demonstrate a good understanding of producing creative content for social media.
- Team Management: Manage the work priorities of yourself and your project team.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust plans accordingly.
- Experience: Experienced in client account management, project management, content strategy, financial management, content production, and social media delivery.
- Industry Knowledge: Experienced in managing accounts with organic social and paid social media spend, OOH, and TVC campaign delivery.
- Communication Skills: Ability to understand and interpret clients' requirements instantly.
- Time Management: Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Confidence and Articulation: Confident and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients.
- Strong Communication: Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Creativity and Attention to Detail: Strong creativity with high attention to detail.

Salary: £35,000 - £39,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits.
