About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Executive/Manager to join our team at The Growth Foundation. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and optimization of paid media campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the E-commerce team in implementing paid acquisition campaigns to drive traffic and sales to our website.
  • Develop and implement a continuous 'test, learn, optimise' approach to our performance marketing activity.
  • Design and execute A/B tests within our paid activity and present results to the wider teams.
  • Balance key performance indicators (KPIs) including cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), margin of error (MER), and traffic targets to optimize and grow our campaigns sustainably.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets to achieve a profitable channel mix and MER percentage.
  • Collaborate with wider business teams, including Brand, Design, CRM, and E-commerce, to align our activities.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for senior leadership, with clear actionable takeaways or recommendations for growth.
  • Work alongside the brand team to lead and brief content for all paid channels.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Paid Media Executive/Manager who has a proven track record of managing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You should have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including e-commerce, online marketing, and social media best practices.

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, managing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
  • Experience in managing budget, MER, and profitability across all platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Google Analytics experience is essential.
