Paid Search & Social Advertising Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Paid Search & Social Advertising Specialist to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-performing paid search and social media campaigns that drive customer engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute paid social media and paid search campaigns from start to finish, including achieving objectives, budgeting, targeting, testing, and optimization.
  • Brief the creative department for content.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams and stakeholders to align paid social media and paid search strategy with overall business goals and brand identity.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various tools and metrics.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Monitor sites on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure that Paid Search & Social efforts are achieving the ROI targets for clients.
  • Take an active part in and contribute to the Digital Marketing team.
  • Keep up to date with the latest Paid Search & Social trends and best practices.
  • Manage client relationships, including regular communication, meetings, calls, and presentations.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in managing paid search and social media campaigns.
  • Proficient in using various social media platforms, tools, and analytics, such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Ideal Google Ads and Google Analytics Certified.
  • Experience setting up and working with GA4.
  • Proven track record of growing ecommerce sales and ROI.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent understanding of traffic and conversion measurement, experience with interpreting such data and deriving insight.
  • Experience in producing in-depth analysis and reporting on business KPIs.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent writing and speaking skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Experience of delivering and monitoring digital marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
