About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our team at The Growth Foundation. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and optimization of paid media campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the E-commerce team in implementing paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and implement a continuous 'test, learn, optimize' approach to performance marketing activity.
  • Design and execute A/B tests within paid activity and present results to the wider teams.
  • Balance KPIs including CPA, ROAS, MER, and traffic targets to optimize and grow campaigns sustainably.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets to achieve a profitable channel mix and MER %.
  • Collaborate with wider business teams, including Brand, Design, CRM, and E-commerce, to align activities.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for senior leadership, with clear actionable takeaways or recommendations for growth.
  • Work alongside the brand team to lead and brief content for all paid channels.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Paid Media Specialist who has a proven track record of managing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You should have experience in managing budget, MER, and profitability across all platforms, as well as a strong interest in the digital landscape, including e-commerce, online marketing, and social media best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, managing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
  • Experience in managing budget, MER, and profitability across all platforms.
  • Google Analytics experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience using data-driven insight to drive improvements in campaign performance.
  • Ability to work at both a strategic and operational level.
