About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Executive/Manager to join our team at The Growth Foundation. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and optimization of paid media campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the E-commerce team in implementing paid acquisition campaigns to drive traffic and sales to our website.
  • Develop and implement a continuous 'test, learn, optimize' approach to our performance marketing activity.
  • Collaborate with the wider business teams, including Brand, Design, CRM, and E-commerce, to align our activities and drive business growth.
  • Produce regular reports for senior leadership, providing clear actionable insights and recommendations for growth.
  • Work closely with the brand team to lead and brief content for all paid channels.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Paid Media professional who is passionate about the digital landscape and has a strong understanding of e-commerce, online marketing, and social media best practices. You will have a proven track record of managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability.

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other mainstream platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and data-driven insights.
  • Ability to work at both a strategic and operational level.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
