We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Lead to join our team at The Talent Locker Ltd. in Fareham. As a Technical Support Lead, you will be responsible for leading on MDM device management and operational IT support, providing continuous improvement to ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on MDM device management and operational IT support
  • Provide continuous improvement to ITSM processes
  • Manage technical documentation and SOP updates
  • Provide testing support in coordination with application and integration teams
  • Oversee monitoring and proactive remediation actions using tools like Splunk and Meraki
  • Lead regional Windows and iOS patching and compliance
  • Maintain regional device policies
  • Support regional device deployment
  • Manage MDM regional management
  • Oversee access and admin rights requests for technical teams
  • Provide access support for third-party partners
  • Offer Level 3 application and integration support
  • Lead archiving projects
  • Document and test the end-to-end break-fix process for the Service Desk team
  • Extract data from various databases
  • Facilitate the deployment of technologies
  • Support external teams with connection and access management

Requirements:

  • Senior Technical IT support experience
  • Strong MDM (mobile device management), Intune, and basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell / SQL)
  • All-round tech background

Working Arrangements:

This role will be hybrid working with 2 days on-site in Fareham and 3 days remote/WFH. Inside IR35 and rates circa £ with an initial 6 month contract with extensions thereafter.
