Position: Executive Assistant to CEO (Private & Business)

Location: Hybrid

This is an exceptional opportunity to provide comprehensive support to a distinguished CEO in both personal and professional capacities. You will be part of a dynamic team, ensuring that the CEO's day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's complex travel arrangements, including international trips and logistics, ensuring seamless transitions between locations.
  • Oversee personal and family-related administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and coordinating family travel plans.
  • Assist with the management of household utilities and provide occasional administrative support for multiple residences.
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and family members, ensuring timely delivery of important information and documents.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including board members and team members, to schedule meetings and manage the CEO's calendar effectively.
  • Handle urgent requests and provide solutions promptly, maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Support the CEO's spouse with logistical needs related to their artistic and literary endeavors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience supporting high-level executives, preferably at the CEO or Founding Partner level.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building trusting relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions on behalf of the CEO.
  • A degree is preferred, and proficiency in French is a significant advantage.

Work Environment:

This role offers a hybrid working model, with a requirement to be present in the office on designated days. You will be an integral part of a collaborative team, contributing to a positive and engaging workplace culture.
