We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Adult Carer Support Services to lead our exceptional Support Services team at Sutton Carers Centre. Our team is comprised of highly skilled and passionate individuals, and we need a leader who can both motivate and guide them effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and support to the team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Engage actively with team members, demonstrating a hands-on approach when necessary.
- Maintain a personable and reflective demeanor, ensuring that the needs of Carers and those they support are prioritized.
- Contribute to the Senior Leadership Team, collaborating closely with the CEO.
To promote your professional growth and wellbeing, you will receive regular supervision and support from a Senior Manager and your colleagues. Additionally, you will have access to external training and mentoring tailored to your needs.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in overseeing, developing, and evaluating services aimed at supporting Carers or similar initiatives.
- A proven track record of collaboration with health, social care, and voluntary sector organizations.
- A strong understanding of the diverse needs of Carers and the ability to adapt to these requirements.
