About the Role:

IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Broking Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our broking team, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced Client Advisors and managing complex client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 4-6 Client Advisors, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Manage key client relationships, including project delivery and complex referrals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive team performance, growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of client services.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, appraisals, and coaching sessions to ensure team members are meeting their goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate broking, with a strong understanding of technical insurance skills.
  • Previous experience in a supervisor, senior, or team lead role, with a track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
