About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join IDEX Consulting Ltd as a Corporate Broking Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced Client Advisors, providing coaching, training, and guidance to help them unlock their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 4-6 Client Advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent client service.
  • Manage key client work, project delivery, and complex referrals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, appraisals, and coaching.
  • Work closely with the team to identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate broking, preferably from a regional or national brokerage.
  • Strong technical broking skills and knowledge.
  • Experience in a supervisor, senior, or team lead role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, splitting time between home and the office.
