About the Role

As a Broking Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced Client Advisors, managing key client work, project delivery, and complex referrals. You will also be responsible for coaching, training, and inspiring your team to unlock their potential.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Client Advisors in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Manage key client work, project delivery, and complex referrals
  • Coach, train, and develop your team to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve business objectives


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in corporate broking from a regional or national brokerage
  • Strong technical broking skills and knowledge
  • Experience in a supervisor, senior, or team lead role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
