Broking Team Lead Opportunity

IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Broking Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our corporate broking team, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced Client Advisors, managing key client work, and driving business growth.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of 4-6 Client Advisors, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Manage key client relationships, project delivery, and complex referrals, ensuring exceptional service and results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve performance, and increase client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise.
