IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Broking Team Lead to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of experienced Client Advisors, providing coaching, training, and guidance to help them unlock their potential.

Key responsibilities will include leading on key client work, project delivery, and managing complex referrals, while also managing team performance, appraisals, and coaching.

The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate broking, with experience in a supervisor, senior, or team lead role. They will be comfortable with technical broking skills and have a strong understanding of the insurance industry.

This is a hybrid role, with a split between home and office work, and offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000 plus extensive benefits.
