About the Role:

IDEX Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our corporate broking team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced professionals who manage client relationships and provide insurance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 4-6 Client Advisors in managing client relationships and providing insurance services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the broking team to deliver complex referrals and project work
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and training to team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate broking, preferably in a regional or national brokerage
  • Strong technical broking skills and knowledge of insurance products
  • Experience in a supervisor, senior, or team lead role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, splitting time between home and the office
