**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced team leader to join our Jones Bootmaker team in a part-time Supervisor role. This exciting opportunity will involve supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the store, coaching and developing the team, and driving the achievement of key performance indicators.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the store
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve their full potential
  • Drive the achievement of key performance indicators
  • Be self-aware and take responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store
