About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Broking Team Lead to join our team at IDEX Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our broking team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Client Advisors and managing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 4-6 Client Advisors, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Manage key client relationships, including project delivery and complex referrals.
  • Oversee team performance, appraisals, and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the broking team to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in corporate broking, preferably with a regional or national brokerage.
  • Strong technical broking skills and knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Experience in a supervisor, senior, or team lead role, with a track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £65,000, plus extensive benefits. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, splitting your time between home and our centrally located offices.
