About the Role:

IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Broking Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our broking team, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced Client Advisors and managing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 4-6 Client Advisors, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Manage key client relationships, including project delivery and complex referrals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive team performance and growth.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Conduct regular appraisals and provide coaching to team members to help them achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate broking, with a strong background in technical broking skills.
  • Experience in a supervisor, senior, or team lead role, with a track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
