Your Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Motivate and guide the team to achieve outstanding product outcomes.
  • Accountability: Steer product and business strategies across various teams.
  • Implementation: Manage all stages of the product lifecycle and guarantee successful launches.
  • Market Differentiation: Craft distinctive positioning and messaging for NALA in comparison to competitors.
  • User-Centric Approach: Gain deep insights into user requirements to suggest impactful solutions.
  • Market Expansion: Formulate product propositions and strategies for entering new markets.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in delivering product features within the Fintech or Payments industry.
  • A minimum of 5 years in product management roles within rapidly growing organizations.
  • Expertise in SQL and product discovery techniques.
  • Strong customer empathy and a commitment to user-centered design.
  • Capability to collaborate with external partners and assess technological alternatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with customer preferences in the UK and African markets.
  • Fluency in English, French, or Swahili.
