  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR-related policies, procedures, systems, and processes, ensuring they are underpinned by statutory compliance and best practice.
  • Provide regular reports on HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the relevant committees, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Develop and implement an HR action plan, aligning with the organization's strategic objectives and goals.
  • Design and execute a recruitment and retention strategy to attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent across all positions within Nala.
  • Ensure Nala complies with the Public Sector Equality Duty, promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
  • Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including colleagues, advisory boards, trustees, trade union representatives, and external partners.
  • Oversee investigations and complex employee relations matters, including redundancy and grievance procedures, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
