- Lead the HR function, including L&D, business partnering, recruiting and planning, organisational design, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and experience, learning and development, and HR operations
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and success
- Manage the company's culture and ensure it remains a great place to work
- Develop and implement a talent management strategy to attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Provide strategic advice to the management team on people-related matters
