Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a people strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead the HR function, including L&D, business partnering, recruiting and planning, organisational design, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and experience, learning and development, and HR operations
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and success
  • Manage the company's culture and ensure it remains a great place to work
  • Develop and implement a talent management strategy to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Provide strategic advice to the management team on people-related matters
