We're seeking a seasoned Chief People Officer to lead our People team and drive our talent acquisition, people partnering, workplace experience, and people ops teams forward. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll oversee our growth and development, ensuring our culture remains inclusive and empowering for all employees.

About the Role:

As our Chief People Officer, you'll be responsible for creating and executing our people strategy, driving business outcomes through talent management, and fostering a high-performance culture. You'll work closely with our Head of Talent to develop and implement our talent acquisition strategy, guiding them to deliver on our ambitious hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our people strategy, aligning with our business objectives and driving business outcomes through talent management.
  • Lead our talent acquisition strategy, working closely with our Head of Talent to deliver on our hiring goals and build a strong employer brand.
  • Oversee our people ops agenda, working with our People Ops Lead to ensure our leaders have the people data they need to make informed decisions.
  • Coach and mentor our senior leadership team, cultivating a highly cohesive and high-functioning working group.
  • Lead a core team of People leaders, guiding and coaching them on their own journey and driving performance.
  • Drive the use of people-centric data to identify areas for development and inform future people plans.
  • Ensure our culture remains inclusive and empowering for all employees, fostering an environment of transparency and trust.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading a high-performing People & Talent team, ideally scaling a company from 200-500+ employees with some international experience at a VC-backed business.
  • Successful track record of building and improving tech-focused employer brands and attracting top talent.
  • Resilience and stakeholder management, with the ability to work effectively with our leadership team.
  • Attention to detail and data literacy, with analytical decision-making skills.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence and empathy, with the ability to build relationships with everyone in the business.
  • Excellent communication skills.
