As the Product Lead for our App, you will work alongside a skilled team of engineers, quality assurance experts, and designers to ensure the success of our flagship product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Motivate and guide the team to deliver a standout product.
  • Ownership: Manage product and business strategies across various teams.
  • Execution: Supervise all stages of the product lifecycle and guarantee successful launches.
  • Market Differentiation: Create distinct positioning and messaging for NALA in the competitive landscape.
  • User-Centric Approach: Gain a deep understanding of user requirements to propose impactful solutions.
  • Growth Strategies: Develop product propositions and market entry strategies for new regions.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in delivering product features within the Fintech or Payments industry.
  • At least 5 years of product management experience in rapidly growing organizations.
  • Strong skills in SQL and product discovery techniques.
  • Deep empathy for customers and a solid grasp of user-centered design principles.
  • Capability to collaborate with external partners and assess technology alternatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with customer needs in the UK and African markets.
  • Fluency in English, French, or Swahili.
