About the Role
As a Senior Account Director, you'll spearhead client relationships and guide our talented teams to deliver exceptional results for our diverse roster of brands.
Your Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate account strategies in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Born Social's expertise.
- Cultivate strong, lasting partnerships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and championing their success.
- Oversee project execution, proactively managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure seamless campaign implementation.
- Champion quality control, guaranteeing that all outputs meet the highest standards and exceed client expectations.
- Contribute to new business development initiatives and actively shape Born Social's industry presence through thought leadership and networking.
What We Look For:
- 4+ years of proven experience in client-facing roles within a dynamic agency environment.
- A deep understanding of social media marketing strategies and project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in managing commercial accounts, driving growth, and fostering long-term client relationships.
- A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and building collaborative partnerships.
- Experience working with global brands, particularly within the FMCG sector, is highly desirable.
