Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop our team of planners, driving innovation and excellence in media planning.
  • Represent the Media team within Born Social for key clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement media plans that drive business growth and achieve client objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure media is considered from strategy to delivery.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of media plans.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the media landscape, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Lead the development of media plans, including budget planning, channel selection, and content planning.
  • Drive business growth through new business development, including pitch work and existing client relationships.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in media planning, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful media plans and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience with media planning tools and technologies, including Meta and TikTok.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
