Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and develop our team of planners to deliver high-quality media plans
* Represent the Media team within Born Social for key clients and help them understand the role that media plays in hitting their targets
* Allocate media budgets to the chosen platforms across the funnel to deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Select the right channels for a brief and understand what they are each contributing to an overall plan
* Work alongside strategy and creative teams to help develop social-first content ideas and communicate how to execute them across your plan
* Recommend a way of measuring the work that allows us to prove the impact of the work we are doing for clients
* Deliver reporting for clients to understand their impact against these frameworks

Requirements:

* 3 or more years of experience working with paid media (agency-side preferable)
* Experience creating media plans for both Brand and eCommerce clients and ensuring their accurate delivery
* Client-facing experience and confidence in managing client relationships
* Hands-on experience building campaigns on Meta and TikTok and exposure to other platforms like Google AdWords, YouTube, Snapchat, X, Spotify, and Pinterest
* Analytical mind with creativity, problem-solving, and evaluation of results
* Confidence with numbers and ability to look at a table of figures, spreadsheets, and create graphs to tell insightful trends
* Collaborator with experience working with multiple stakeholders to ensure media is considered from strategy into delivery
* Confidence presenting ideas and helping others understand the intricacies of media planning
