Job Title: Assistant Shop Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Shop Manager to join our team at Roger Vivier. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the commercial development of the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Development: Assist the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies, setting sales objectives, and analyzing results to drive business growth.
  • Sales and Customer Experience: Implement Roger Vivier sales policies, develop the store's sales turnover, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Team Management: Participate in the organization of the store's activity, support and organize communication to store staff, and contribute to the motivation of the sales team.
  • Brand Image: Ensure the store is perfectly displayed, respecting the visual identity of the Brand and the company's commercial policy.

Requirements:

  • 3/4 years store experience
  • 2 years minimum team management experience
  • Management skills, luxury sales and hospitality techniques, result orientation, client orientation, organization, responsiveness, and adaptability
  • Fluent English
