The Role:

The Wellness Coordinator plays a vital role in promoting the well-being of our owners and encouraging independent living. The goal is to create a culture of wellness within The Beckett, leading to improved health, productivity, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement health and wellness activities for owners, evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and manage approved care partners.
  • Establish partnerships with local providers to develop a range of activities and events.
  • Prepare and communicate the wellbeing activity calendar.
