Elysian Residences is a luxury living community that prioritizes the well-being of its residents. We are seeking a skilled Wellness Coordinator to join our team and promote a culture of wellness within our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement health and wellness programs for residents, evaluating their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage approved care partners to ensure residents receive the best possible care.
  • Establish partnerships with local providers to develop a range of activities and events that promote wellness and engagement.
  • Prepare and communicate the wellness activity calendar to residents and staff.
  • Use our property management system to monitor resident activities and engagement, and develop individual engagement plans as needed.
  • Work with the local pharmacy to organize flu jabs and other recognized immunizations.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant chef to ensure a well-balanced dietary offer that promotes wellness and nutritional needs.
  • Conduct well-being checks and provide companionship for residents.
  • Encourage residents to engage in activities and promote a sense of community.
  • Conduct needs assessments and identify health issues and risks in residents' homes, developing strategies to address them in partnership with care partners and other recognized services.
  • Work in harmony with all staff to deliver a service that is safe, caring, effective, responsive, and well-led.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to lead and motivate staff.
  • A strong understanding of health and wellness strategies.
  • Ability to develop and implement wellness initiatives.
  • Ability to develop and deliver wellness training programs.

  • Self-motivated and able to identify own training needs, with a willingness to attend relevant training courses or other training.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and honest.
  • Understand and respect confidentiality in relation to all issues connected with the role.
