IT Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to join our team at Vitality. As a key member of our IT Service Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of changes to our existing services and the launch of new services.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement policies and standards for change workflows
- Assess and evaluate the impact of changes on our services and stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategies for the change function to ensure alignment with ITIL4 best practices
- Manage the transition of major changes to existing services and/or the launch of new services
