Job Description

Job Title: Business Operations Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to join our team at Paramount Pictures. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for deal management, sales negotiations, and analysis of features and series offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Management: Monitor and process Salesforce CRM deal workflow tasks, including customer setup, customer maintenance, deal entry, and approval routing.
  • Sales Negotiations: Provide operational support to assist sales negotiations, including requesting content avails/clearances, building awareness of business processes and content licensing rules, coordinating with sales, deal management, legal, and other internal stakeholders, and monitoring and following up on internal approvals.
  • Analysis: Support the analysis of features and series offers by processing internal sales histories and third-party market data.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Experience using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) and time spent working in the entertainment sector and familiarity with industry concepts.
  • Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, self-motivated, pro-active, analytical, and flexible approach.
