Global Mobility Content Strategist

About the Role:
Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled RFP Writer and Content Developer to join our team. As a key member of our content development team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content that showcases our company's expertise in global mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's services, solutions, and differentiators in the global mobility space.
- Continuously improve our RFP content library by incorporating feedback and lessons learned from previous responses.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in RFP writing and global mobility.
- Produce high-quality, well-researched content that effectively communicates our company's strengths and value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
- Utilize AI tools to improve the writing process and enhance content quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a successful RFP Writer, preferably within the relocation, global mobility, or a related industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with precise attention to detail.
- High proficiency in English; additional language skills in French, German, Spanish, or Mandarin are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and RFP automation software (Qvidian).
