Job Description

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled RFP Writer with in-depth knowledge of Global Mobility to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading client and contribute to the development of high-quality RFP content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance the Content Library: Continuously improve the RFP content library by incorporating feedback and lessons learned from previous responses to enhance future documents.
  • Maintain Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's services, solutions, and differentiators in the global mobility space to effectively communicate the company's strengths.
  • Stay Current: Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in RFP writing and global mobility.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a successful RFP Writer, preferably within the relocation, global mobility, or a related industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with precise attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in English; additional language skills in French, German, Spanish, or Mandarin are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and RFP automation software (Qvidian).
  • Proficiency in using AI to improve the writing process.
