Exciting Opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team on a temporary contract basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive HR administrative support to the HR Business Partner and the HR Department, with a primary focus on recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Manage recruitment administration tasks, including communication with recruitment agencies, posting job advertisements, and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate new employee orientations and onboarding procedures across various locations.
  • Prepare Employment Contracts and Offer Packages for new hires.
  • Maintain and update the HR Database to ensure accurate records.
  • Generate monthly HR reports detailing headcount, absenteeism, leave utilization, and temporary staffing metrics.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of both manual and electronic personnel files.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries via phone and email.
  • Act as a key note-taker during meetings, documenting discussions and distributing notes to relevant parties.
