Opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team with our Client based in the Mid and South Essex, Norfolk and Waveney, Herts and West Essex areas. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will work with established contacts to execute medical surgical solutions for negative pressure wound therapy in both the acute and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Manage Relationships: Develop and manage favourable relationships with key decision makers and department leads to drive business growth.
  • Drive Pre-Tender Market Consultation: Drive pre-tender market consultation, implement tender contracts, and introduce new products to the market.
  • Support Value-Based Pricing: Support in value-based pricing that will drive profitable growth and create value with total concept including hardware, products, and service.
  • Develop Business Plan: Develop and execute a business plan to prioritise account calls, activities, penetration, and product use.

The successful candidate will have a life science, business, clinical, or nursing degree and/or relevant experience with clinical or sales experience of negative pressure wound therapy solutions and products. This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
