Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Sales Regional Manager to drive vehicle leasing sales and grow the presence within your designated region.

This role focuses on building strong relationships with SMEs, fleet operators, and corporate clients, utilising the flexibility of our leasing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Increase sales in your region by leasing vehicles to SMEs, fleet businesses, and corporate clients.
  • Lead Management: Efficiently manage sales leads from all sources (online, phone, referrals) using our Lead Management System.
  • Business Development: Proactively prospect for new business, expanding the client base in your region through data-driven outreach.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive long-term loyalty.
  • Process Management: Oversee the full sales cycle, ensuring all deals adhere to company procedures for credit checks, payments, and compliance.
  • Fleet Oversight: Manage fleet vehicle orders, ensuring timely delivery and collection.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and market trends.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development b2b automotive sector role.
  • Experience working with senior management and clients in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
