Business Development Manager

We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding our client relationships while driving revenue growth.

This role will focus on managing and growing existing accounts, leveraging expertise in networks, IT infrastructure, and cloud solutions. You will formulate and implement extensive strategies for business development, grow recently acquired accounts to unlock revenue potential, and actively seek new business opportunities to expand revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase revenue potential
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand revenue growth
  • Engage in contract negotiations and successfully conclude deals, reaching or surpassing sales targets
  • Participate in account planning and strategizing to maximize client satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a Business Development role within the technology sector, with a focus on networks, IT infrastructure, and cloud solutions
  • Professional or managed services experience
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing client accounts, meeting and exceeding sales targets
