Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing proactive support to drive product adoption and account growth.
- Manage key accounts, overseeing project management efforts and ensuring seamless delivery of our solutions.
- Utilize commercial acumen, project management, and exceptional customer service skills to drive business results and contribute to the company's bottom line.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs, and develop strategic plans to drive growth and retention.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or a related field within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships, driving account growth, and delivering complex projects.
- Familiarity with customer success tools and software, such as HubSpot, Gainsight, and Zendesk.
- Experience with NPS/CES scores and surveys is a significant advantage.
- Empathy, relationship-building, problem-solving, and project & time management skills are essential for success in this role.
