About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager Facilities to join our team at Bramwith Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a small team and developing strategic sourcing strategies to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team of procurement professionals
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for facilities management
  • Lead and deliver Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets for client accounts to maximize team performance
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and category management teams
  • Run supplier qualification checks and onboard clients according to organizational procedures
  • Develop and implement Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies
  • Represent the organization in client meetings
Requirements
  • 3+ years of procurement experience in facilities management, preferably in a client-facing role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strategic sourcing and relationship development experience required
  • Strong understanding of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services
  • Managerial experience
  • Analytical, financial, and commercial skills required
