Pacifica, a leading provider of outsourced support and repair services for domestic appliances, is seeking an experienced and skilled Domestic Appliance Service Technician to join their team. As a key member of the Pacifica team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to customers and contributing to the company's mission to create a sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair domestic appliances in customers' homes, using expertise and product knowledge to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with regional field service teams to deliver a first-class service to customers, ensuring timely and professional repairs.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and updates on repair progress.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture, sharing best practices and expertise with colleagues.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the white goods repair sector, with a strong understanding of appliance technologies and repair methods.
- Up-to-date working knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A valid full UK Manual Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
