About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Domestic Appliance Service Technician to work in partnership with us, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provided with the latest tools and equipment to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Daily planned service jobs, with opportunities to increase workload and earnings
  • Access to ongoing training and development to stay updated with the latest product technologies and repair techniques

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in repairing and maintaining domestic appliances in a field-based capacity
  • Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot and solve issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to take on additional work if desired
  • Commitment to maintaining Pacifica's high standards of service and professionalism
