About the Role
Pacifica, a leading provider of outsourced support and repair of domestic appliances, is seeking an experienced field-based domestic appliance engineer to join their team.
As a Domestic Appliance Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with domestic appliances in customers' homes, working collaboratively with regional field service teams to deliver exceptional service.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years' recent experience in the white goods repair sector, with up-to-date working repair knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers.
You will also need excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and a passion for problem-solving.
What We Offer
Pacifica offers a competitive salary of £26,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus £7,000 per annum London Weighting for candidates residing within the inner M25 area.
You will also receive a full company induction, a company van, fuel card, uniform, specialist tools, mobile tablet, and PPE, as well as opportunities for progression and promotion within the business.
Benefits
In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, you will also receive uncapped bonus scheme, OTE of up to £50,000 per annum, and up to 33 days annual holiday allowance including 8 bank holidays.
