Domestic Appliance Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Appliance Field Service Engineer to join our team at Pacifica, one of the UK's largest providers of outsourced support and repair of domestic appliances.
As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with domestic appliances in customers' homes, working collaboratively with our regional field service teams to deliver a first-class service.
With a minimum of 2 years' recent experience in the white goods repair sector in a field-based capacity, you will have up-to-date working repair knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers.

What We OfferAs a Domestic Appliance Field Service Engineer at Pacifica, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on your skill set and experience, plus a £7,000 per annum London Weighting for candidates residing within the inner M25 area.
You will also be eligible for an uncapped bonus scheme, with an OTE of up to £50,000 per annum.
Other benefits include a company van, fuel card, uniform, specialist tools, mobile tablet, and PPE, as well as a company pension scheme, private van use (optional), up to 33 days annual holiday allowance, and excellent opportunities for progression and promotion within our business.
