Job Title: Automotive Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Manager to join our team at The HSE Recruitment Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and influencing operational management to maintain high standards, champion innovation, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) and processes with site management to monitor and control compliance to legislation, internal policies, and external audits.
  • Lead internal and external audits and proactive SHE improvement activities.
  • Champion innovation and drive continuous improvement to promote positive culture and safe working practices.
  • Work closely with the Plant Manager and Head of HSE to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum.
  • Experience in a manufacturing business, preferably with experience setting up a new factory from a compliance and cultural perspective.
  • ISO Systems experience.

What We Offer:

Up to £50,000 + up to 16% pension, bonus potential, and 27 days holiday + bank holidays on top.
