Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our Transmission and Distribution team, you will be responsible for leading and working within a team of high-performing project specialists across a range of multi-disciplinary projects and pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the technical delivery of multi-disciplinary projects, including transmission projects and packages.
  • Foster and evolve client relationships through successful project delivery.
  • Mentor, supervise, and coordinate junior to mid-level project managers.
  • Be part of the team to pursue, develop, and deliver present and future transmission projects.
  • Establish project scope, time, and cost and coach others in managing competing demands with day-to-day work.

Requirements:

  • Qualified electrical engineer with a minimum of 5 years in transmission, utilities, renewable power, or similar fields.
  • Strong network and business development acumen.
  • Experience in the technical delivery of multi-disciplinary projects, whether from a consulting, utilities, or contracting environment.
  • Experience in EHV, HV, and LV electrical engineering from conceptual to detailed design in utilities, renewable power, traction power, water/wastewater, and other industries.
  • Experience in testing, commissioning, FAT witnessing, and equipment failure investigation.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, ability to provide robust advice and support design projects through clear communication of project status, issues, and risks.
