Your expertise in electrical engineering, project management, and leadership will be essential in delivering successful projects and growing our team.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage multi-disciplinary projects, including transmission and distribution projects
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members
* Foster and evolve client relationships through successful project delivery
* Develop and maintain effective networks and relationships with industry stakeholders
* Establish project scope, time, and cost, and coach others in managing competing demands

Requirements:

* Qualified electrical engineer with significant transmission, utilities, renewable power, or similar fields
* Strong network and business development acumen
* Experience in the technical delivery of multi-disciplinary projects, whether that is from a consulting, utilities, or contracting environment
* Experience in EHV, HV, and LV electrical engineering from conceptual to detailed design in utilities, renewable power, traction power, water/wastewater, and other industries
* Experience in testing, commissioning, FAT witnessing, equipment failure investigation
* Experience in client-facing roles, ability to provide robust advice and support design projects through clear communication of project status, issues, and risks
