Recently, we have launched our Academy, and successful candidates can anticipate participating in a comprehensive, structured training program lasting 8 weeks, ensuring you are well-prepared to excel within ITG.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full project and program management of implementations
  • Facilitate requirement definition workshops
  • Conduct detailed process mapping and solution design
  • Outline integration workflows and provide guidance on data migration
  • Collaborate with third-party agencies to establish uniform working practices
  • Develop and present materials to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with best practices regarding agreed processes, systems, and technologies to support service delivery for all clients
  • Adjust project timelines as necessary to accommodate changes and propose alternative methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Meet project timelines and budgetary constraints

Essential Qualifications:

  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, thriving in an environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in communicating and negotiating with various levels within the client's organization
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Self-driven with a passion for continuous skill development and the ability to take initiative and ownership of projects
  • Capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in technical implementation of a SaaS solution (typically 2-5 years)
  • Familiarity with the mar-tech industry or a genuine desire to learn
  • Experience in systems configuration and implementation
