About the Position
At Atos, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality technical support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for:
  • Providing technical support and problem-solving abilities to customers via various communication channels.
  • Following procedures to ensure accurate and timely logging of customer interactions in our ticketing system.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to support leads or designated service groups.
  • Participating in departmental training activities to stay up-to-date on new technologies and procedures.
  • Assisting with the coaching and development of new staff members.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
  • Demonstrable skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and collect required information in a timely manner.
  • A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
