Company Overview

Meredith Brown Associates Ltd is a prominent mid-sized asset management firm committed to sustainability in its investment strategies. We are seeking to enhance our Product team by recruiting a seasoned Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Product team in executing and managing the product roadmap, which includes:
  • Facilitating the introduction of new sub-funds aligned with the business strategy.
  • Launching and activating new share classes in response to client demand.
  • Implementing significant modifications to existing funds to meet the evolving needs of clients and the business, including fund repositioning, mergers, and closures.
  • Updating the fund range and disclosures to comply with new regulatory standards.
  • Contributing to the prioritization of ongoing projects.
  • Engaging in key strategic initiatives related to the firm's product offerings.
  • Ensuring the ongoing maintenance of the existing product range to align with the overall product strategy.
  • Overseeing fund and share class registration to support distribution efforts.
  • Monitoring the viability of share classes and discontinuing those that no longer meet client and business needs.
  • Providing assistance in addressing inquiries from various business areas regarding the product range and collaborating with all departments to ensure timely resolution of product-related issues.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in Product Development and Management within the Asset Management sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and investment principles.
  • Extensive knowledge of UCITS regulatory frameworks.
  • In-depth awareness of the asset management industry and its competitive landscape.
  • Strong expertise in ESG and sustainable investment products.
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory considerations for launching new products across various markets.
  • Skilled in managing outsourced service providers and ensuring compliance with service agreements.
  • Excellent relationship management, decision-making, and organizational skills, with a keen awareness of diverse products and their regulatory requirements.
