About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hospital Administrator. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors across our hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient bookings, including telephone and face-to-face bookings, and ensure accurate and efficient processing of patient information.
  • Support the clinical teams by assisting with administrative tasks, such as printing labels and clinic lists, preparing new patient packs, and recording patient notes correctly.
  • Assist with the charging of patients and respond to telephone queries, phoning out to new patients to book appointments.
  • Complete various spreadsheets on a daily basis and order stationery stock, demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • IT competence and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Experience in a customer service-based role, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service.
